Meta shows revenue. I show how much of it landed.

Meta ads management connected to measurement of actual payments. For subscription businesses and creators selling their own product.

The core

99 purchases according to Meta 22 confirmed by payment

Ads Manager shows a purchase count. Your payment system shows deposits. Almost nobody puts those two numbers side by side, because they sit in different tools and are counted differently. That is why I start with measurement, not with campaigns.

Which one are you

I do not promise that Meta will start showing exactly what you have in the bank. That is not achievable, and anyone who promises it either does not understand how attribution works or is counting on you not checking. I promise something else: you will see both numbers separately and you will know where the gap comes from.

A

Subscription, membership, repeat purchase

Your problem does not end at acquisition. A customer pays once, and then either comes back every month or quietly drops out - most often because a payment failed, not because they decided to leave.

  • cost per acquisition counted from the first real payment
  • how much revenue drops out on failed payments and how much of it comes back
  • which campaigns bring customers who stay

One thing said plainly: your payment provider has its own retry logic and will recover part of it on its own. I account for what gets recovered above that baseline, and I show both numbers.

B

Creators selling their own product

Sales are coming in, but mostly from people who already know you. Organic reach does the work, so do comments and direct messages, and nobody can say how much of it is the ads and how much is your audience.

  • revenue split between organic reach and ads, in numbers
  • reaching beyond your own followers without breaking what already works
  • a full list of material to record each month

One thing said plainly: if your revenue comes mostly from organic reach, ads will not double it. They will add a few per cent and show you where you are losing money. Anyone promising more is guessing.

Scope

Three parts of one system. Usually implemented in this order.

01

Sales measurement

  • server-side measurement, resistant to browser blocking
  • what Meta reports set against what actually came in
  • cost per acquisition from the first real payment
02

Meta ads

  • rebuilding the account structure where needed
  • creative direction, briefs and a shot list
  • scaling based on cost, not on gut feeling
03

Dashboard and decisions

  • one place with cost, revenue and the gap between sources
  • for subscriptions: renewals and failed payments
  • weekly decisions instead of a monthly PDF

How working together looks

  1. 01

    Calibration, five working days

I check how much of the revenue Meta reports is visible in your payment system, where measurement breaks down, which campaigns are bidding against each other and how much budget goes nowhere. You get a document and forty five minutes of conversation.

  2. 02

    Fixing measurement

Server-side measurement and the dashboard go live. From that point both numbers are visible separately and every budget decision rests on the second one.

  3. 03

    Ongoing management

Ads, creative direction, weekly decisions. For subscriptions, renewals and failed payments are watched as well.

Terms

We start with Calibration. It is a one-off piece of work with a specific output, not a year-long commitment.

The retainer price depends on whether there is a subscription to look after. I set it in conversation, after Calibration, once we both know what we are talking about.

Who records the creative

Not me. You get the full package from me: what to record, in what order, what language to open with, which shot has to do the selling. Direction, briefs, analysis of what worked and a list for the following month.

But you do the recording. Your face sells better than anything that can be generated, and better than footage made by someone who does not know you. This is the one bottleneck on your side and I say so before we start, not in month three.
